Hypnotherapy is a positive and effective way to make changes and help completely quit smoking.
The aim is to achieve a fast, effective and long-lasting solution to problem smoking and make becoming a non-smoker easy and enjoyable.
The standard treatment involves three sessions. The first session deals with the nature of your smoking habit, you will be introduced to the relaxing nature of hypnosis and you will be given helpful instructions. During the second session you will be taught self-hypnosis and the way will be prepared for quitting. The third session is usually the quitting session, after which you will be a NON-SMOKER.
Naturally every smoker is different and, according to the nature of your smoking habit and response to the treatment, the number of sessions may be less or more than the standard three sessions.
